Chiropractic
Hands-on and instrument-assisted adjustments, from very gentle to firm, to correct alignment, ease pain and restore how you move. We are not a stack them, rack them and crack them clinic. We spend the time and listen first. Kailua has trusted our chiropractic since 1986.
Physical therapy
Our Doctors of Physical Therapy use non-invasive, hands-on rehab to restore function and mobility, whether you are recovering from surgery, trying to avoid one, or managing a longer term condition. You leave with a plan you can keep doing at home.
Acupuncture
Two experienced acupuncturists use fine-needle acupuncture along with cupping, gua sha and Chinese herbs to ease aches and pain, calm the nervous system and help the body rebalance. It is not painful, and most people find it deeply relaxing.
Massage therapy
Five licensed massage therapists work out the tension, knots and stiffness behind so much everyday pain. Deep tissue, medical, sports recovery, trigger point, Swedish, Thai and Lomi Lomi, matched to what your body actually needs that day.

Established in 1986, Kailua Wellness Center grew from a single chiropractic office into a full care team: chiropractors, Doctors of Physical Therapy, acupuncturists and licensed massage therapists, all under one roof at 228 Kuulei Road. Dr. Tyler Ryan, who has worked with NBA and NFL athletes, leads a group that treats every patient the same way, with time, respect and a plan.
